tape sticks wellI was looking for a tape that stuck to the skin and was able to stay on thru washing.The pain stopped shortly after placing the tape. No pain while the tape was in use. I used it at my ankle joints because I had pain there for months and now they feel much better. I have only used it once but I will try it other places when needed as well.Update: Second Use... This time I placed it on my lower back were most of us have pain as you move around and bend. I do not know how long the tape is supposed to be in place but I left it for to two days. And after a hot show, I did not need to use it again for several weeks. I enjoy walking a lot and this tape helped me get going again. I will give more feedback in the next couple of months (Spring) when I am able to take those longer walks again.I've been taping my knee for several years on my PT's recommendation and tried many brands. This one sticks better than any of the others. I usually hope to get about four days from one taping, but this lasts so long I have be careful removing it (to give my skin a break for a day or two) because it's still stuck so firmly. It's also much cheaper than the kind I'd been using before, which is fantastic. It performs just as well as other brands in supporting my patella. I'm looking forward to trying the other colors, though I wish it came in even more colors.Recommended by my Podiatrist to "buddy wrap" and stabilize broken toes. Stays in place forever! If end comes loose from socks/shoes, use a drop of glue (i use fabric glue)-good to go.I started using this tape in PT when I was dealing with a calf injury. I have continued to use it whenever I feel like something - a knee, a calf, whatever - needs a little extra support. It comes with instructions on how to apply it to different areas and is easy to deal with. It also stays on through several showers unless you try to remove it.I use it for my toe pain. I tape the toes together and it helps. It sticks all day long. It doesn’t feel uncomfortable. You don’t even know you are wearing it. It doesn’t leave any Residue.My physical therapist has devised a taping method for my chronically weak ankle. This tape works well- holds up and provides support where I need it. I buy the big roll and actually bring it to PT so he can tape after a session. Value wise, I feel the price for the big roll is well worth it!
